Forty-five years' experience in commercial, civil, institutional, and fast track construction. Also experienced as a subcontractor and owners' representative which allows understanding of the different parties' perspectives during disputes, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. After a long, successful construction career he entered the ADR world of Dispute Boards, Mediation, and Arbitration.

Earle is the type of person who before the ADR procedure, takes the time to be prepared by reading and researching the information given to him. He engages with his clients by asking questions prior to, during, and after the procedure. During the event, he strives to understand each individual and carefully figures out the personalities of the people involved. Many times, the dynamics between those involved are the key to reaching settlement. He has that “don’t give up quality” that is reflected in his life’s journey.

A few of Earle’s unique life experiences include 18 years as a volunteer at a large multi campus non-profit hospital culminating as Chairman of the Board of the hospitals 100-year-old foundation, and hospital board member. Chairman of the City of Clearwater Florida's Building/Flood Board of Adjustments and Appeals. Past President and owner's representative of a 36-hole, 1,500-member country club that he directed and oversaw $10,000,000 of construction improvements. These are the types of experiences that created the ability to be impartial during ADR procedures and differentiates him from other industry professionals.
